Robert Grygorowicz spent over 7 years working in the investment team at SpeedUp VC, one of the most active venture capital funds in Poland. As an Investment Manager, he worked daily with dozens of founders on fundraising, market expansion, structuring M&A transactions, and scaling operations. This experience gave him a unique perspective - he saw how much time entrepreneurs waste on administration instead of business development. That is why at Besides Finance, we transform standard processes into a growth-supporting tool, while also offering comprehensive advisory services.

While working in VC, Robert saw firsthand how much time founders lose on administration and reporting instead of growing their companies. He realized that accounting shouldn't dictate terms to entrepreneurs; rather, modern solutions should adapt to the pace of their work.
